How to renew or upgrade your membership

About our membership levels and benefits (opens in a new window)

Whether you want to upgrade to Elite (from General or Basic), or downgrade to General (from Elite), or just renew your current level, here are the details on how-to!

USA/World
1. Log in to the Members Backstage Portal and click on View Profile - which is to the left, near the log in/out button.
2. Click on the "Renew" button or "Change Membership Level" button near your name. It will walk you through upgrading.

If you cannot log in (perhaps you've expired, or you have problems logging in), you can also renew below.

 (Membership will be valid for 1 year from today)

CANCEL MEMBERSHIP?
Wanting to cancel your membership altogether? As membership is for one full year, we do not cancel membership during the subscription year and we do not offer refunds (See our membership terms and conditions that you agreed to.) Simply let your membership subscription lapse without renewing and you will fall into expired category. Or, email us at songsalivemembership@gmail.com and we will move you into expired category early if you do not want to receive any notices/newsletters from us.
