Got some valuable piece of information? An Article? A Show? A music industry opportunity or event?

We can help you promote it.

Promoting through Songsalive! means being part of our community, in some form or another.
Please take time to read this page so you fully understand how you can get involved, and how we can promote you. As we are a non-profit organization (charity) run by volunteers, we can only do so much, and spend most of our energy on taking care of our members and the events that we present for our members. But we are big on supporting the community, so here’s how you can promote your release, and help us at the same time.

Our Discussion Lists

As a member or partner (see above), you may send your message out through our Discussion Lists. Simply go to our "Community" Page and join (free) our discussion list eNOTES, which is created  for music business opportunities and networking.

Note, that if your event is a music GIG, then send it to Songchat, the other discussion list that accepts gig news).

Elite Members can also promote themselves through our dedicated social network, Connect Network.

Our Blog

If your opportunity is for songwriters and composers, and has some kind of involvement with Songsalive!*, your post can be considered for our Blog on our home page and Blog page To be considered for our blog,  email our online department  ONE, SHORT paragraph about your opportunity and tell us why it should be listed.  (put "Songsalive! Blog Consideration" in the subject).(No gig or music news allowed. Members can get their news listed on the "Members" pae blog. See how.)

• If it’s not one paragraph, and if it’s not relevant for our membership and website readers, it will be ignored.
• It must ALSO INCLUDE some kind of discount for our Songsalive! members
• It must list our website www.songsalive.org

Our Newsletter Songnotes

To be considered to be listed in our newsletter, Songnotes, we ask for advertising donations, as our volunteer time does not support free advertising. Please check out our rates on the "Get Involved" page. Songnotes goes out to 16,000+ on our mailing list.
