Our team creates, manages and oversees the amazing Songsalive! network and our members are encouraged to volunteer (a great way to pay off membership fees and give back to the music community). Songsalive! is run by volunteers who spend their free time giving of their services, love and time for songwriters and composer in the community. Volunteers provide assistance with showcases, workshops, street promotion, conference booths, office help, membership drives and online help. If you are interested in becoming a volunteer and being part of the team, we would love to hear from you. Please contact us to get involved. We can't wait to hear from you!

Communications Manager
To oversee the communications management of Songsalive!,
- Build our organization’s public awareness and brand in the wider music business
- Oversee the communications between our team coordinators (committee) and the promotions of their events
- Send specific Member-only communications directly to our Members about important events
- Encourage Members to engage, communicate and interact together
- Be the door stop for all communications in and out of Songsalive!

Songsalive Special Events Coordinator
Organizes
and manages the set-up and staffing of Songsalive booths at events. Includes
developing a plan and logistics, getting volunteers to staff the booth, set-up
and supplies, sales of Songsalive! Merch, actively promoting Songsalive! and
enlisting new members, and writing a post-event report. soon

Start a Songsalive! Chapter in your area
We are always open to new chapters in areas untapped, where songwriters and composers can gather, share their songs and learn at our workshops and showcases. You get to be part of an international community of volunteers who are working hard to build a great songwriting industry – on a non-profit level (our organization is a non-profit 501 c.3) public charity organization. We are all volunteer songwriters so your contribution is invaluable. You may find that you have more ideas than what we provide here which is great! We would like to expand our non-profit organization to many different cities and countries. The altruistic benefit for us is that we will know we have reached more songwriters and provided opportunities for support, promotion and exposure. In turn, we hope to generate more financial members. By you running a chapter in your area, we are able to assist and promote more songwriters and composers, as well create awareness for larger global issues. Want to start a Chapter or volunteer?

Interns wanted
Songsalive!, a non profit 501 c)3) organization supporting and promoting songwriters, seeks PR/Promotion interns: We are 10 years old community of songwriters and composers. We are looking to create a staff of interns to handle PR/Promotions for our organization. This is the perfect opportunity for a recent graduate who is just starting out, looking to build his/her resume, or a musician who wants to give back to the community. As part of this team, as a member of this organization, you would be helping us with various Internet and street promotions, including our online communities such as Myspace, Meetup and yahoogroups, as well as interacting with the community at our events and doing street promotions. We want innovative, smart, and internet savvy people, want to get involved in a fast growing community. Efforts will be rewarded.
